What Christmas Means To Me

“It’s coming towards me!” Kenny said shakily.

A strange head popped out of the water. It was an animal that was unfamiliar to the boys.

“You’re a long way from home. I’m Damo the dugong. Who are you?” he said flatly.

“I’m Kenny and this is Platty P, we’re looking for answers,” Kenny said, looking relieved that this wouldn’t be another wild chase.

“Relax bro, you look so stressed. I can help you,” Damo slurred.

“Well, what does Christmas mean to you?” Kenny asked.

“Christmas is a time to relax, to zone out. A time for peace,” Damo said tranquilly.

“I’d love time to relax but now is not the time! We have to go – we still have so many places to see! Thank you for your help, Damo! Come on Platty!” Kenny hopped out of the water, rushing into the house.

Parker followed him, when he felt a huge splash from behind.

“My man, I hope you find what you’re looking for,” said Damo.

“Thank you. I’ll see you soon,” Kenny said as he winked.

“Hurry up and get in the house Platty! We’re taking off!” Parker shouted.
