Pumpk in Soup Ingredients: 500g pumpkin 1 small potato 1/3 onion 1 vegetable stock cube 500ml water Method: Dice pumpkin, potato and onion and add to a saucepan with all the other ingredients. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Blend until smooth. Serve warm.
