Physical and Health Education in the Middle Years Programme has a unique and significant contribution to make to education. Through participation in various physical activities students will have the opportunity to challenge and improve their personal cardio-vascular fitness and physical skills, including co-ordination, balance, strength, power, agility and endurance. In team activities they will learn how to work co-operatively in a team, support and encourage others and develop positive relationships with their peers. Physical and Health Education in the Middle Years Programme provides our students with the opportunity to experience a variety of team sports, and individual activities in an environment that is often challenging and competitive but also rewarding and fun.
