In this unit, students will look at the use of music as part of commercials. They will discover the use of catchy choruses, strong hooks and memorable melodies that can make or break the spot, the campaign and even the brand. They will find out why music is the first part of a concept or treatment, how it can inspire the logo, visuals and message of a campaign.
