YEAR 10 SUBJECTS – READINESS CRITERIA When making choices for Year 10, we encourage you to apply the readiness criteria below. These readiness criteria are aligned to the prerequisites needed for success in Years 11 and 12, and should be used to plan your pathway forward. The readiness criteria are designed to support students and parents to use evidence of their learning when making decisions about Year 10 subjects. Students will have opportunity in Semester 1 of Year 10 to demonstrate they can achieve the Year 11 and 12 subject prerequisites. Year 10 into Year 11 (College Requirement)
To continue with a subject in Year 11, students will require a passing Grade of (4). Students who do not achieve a Grade of 4 or above will be counselled on appropriate Year 11 subject selection, to ensure the best Year 12 outcome for the student.
