Fitness and Movement to Music (Zumba, Boxercise, Aerobics)
Group Routine of movement to music (must be set to music) Planning for Performance: Aesthetic Task Zumba/Aerobics/Boxercise skills and performance as learnt from Instructors and instructional DVDs. Chapter 6: Lifestyle Diseases Australian Health, Lifestyle Diseases Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer (various types) Asthma, Diabetes, Mental Health Issues Touch skills and game play skills that focus on their individual and team skills as well as their ability to communicate and collaborate. Touch Football Basic Skills: Passing, catching, attacking, rucking, defending and applying these in the context of a team game play strategies. Game and Match play.
