What Christmas Means To Me

Day 10 (Love)

‘WHOMP.’

Crunch.

Something broke underneath the house as they landed. A huge hole opened in the old floorboards, and a giant, prickly, cactus stood through the hole. Kenny and Parker stepped back in shock, unsure of what to do next.

A strong, deep voice startled them out of their right minds, shouting “Crickey mate, you gave me a bloody good scare!”

The voice came from Kurt, a monstrous red kangaroo, and the leader of his mob. He was tall and fierce and loved his family more than anything else.

Kenny and Parker stepped out into the harsh, gold sunlight and were immediately surrounded by flies. They looked around and saw the large mob of kangaroos lying in the shade of Uluru, the massive rock in the middle of the desert. Kenny wanted to ask them all one question:

“I am very sorry for interrupting you on this beautiful day at Uluru, but may I please ask you one question?”

Kurt's daughter, Kimberly spoke in a gentle voice, and said, “We haven't had this much excitement around here for a long time, it’s so exciting! Ask away.”

“What does Christmas mean to you?” asked Kenny
