The Prince Who Stole Music

CHAPTER SEVEN

Blake and K.C. returned to the workshop after informing the world of their newest scheme- a plan to hold the largest concert ever seen to bring back music. The Prince was waiting for them in the doorway, wearing an unpleasant scowl. “What is this ridiculous plan to bring back… music?” he demanded, saying the last word as if it was a foul taste. Blake stepped calmly around him and into the workshop. K.C. shrugged and followed, to the Prince’s annoyance. The Prince stomped after them, furious of their disrespectful attitudes towards him. “I found dozens of posters around town. These rebels think they’re sneaky, do they? Must Unite, Stand In Companionship? It clearly spells MUSIC! How outrageous!” There was no response. “I am the Prince, you must answer when I speak to you!” he shouted. Blake was not at all perturbed by the Prince’s outburst- in fact, it was a pleasure to watch the Prince being annoyed. After all, it was he who had taken away the thing Blake treasured most. “My robots are not to be messed about with lightly,” the Prince warned. “Believe me, if I hear even a hint of music, there will be consequences.”

“Yeah, sure,” Blake muttered under his breath. “Now get out of my sight!” The Prince demanded.
