The Prince Who Stole Music
K.C. displayed a glum face, “I had no choice-” “What do you mean no choice?” Blake interrupted.
“Let me finish!” K.C. exclaimed Blake quieted down sheepishly. “I had no choice, I can’t say no to the prince! No one who values their freedom would do that. I love music too, who doesn’t.” “Well, fix it!” “How do you expect me to do that?”K.C. said, annoyed. “I don’t know, genius? For someone who claims to love music, you must have put a way to regain control of them, you wouldn’t have just let that happen.” “Oh? I’m a genius? You flatter me, Blake…” “Cool it, don’t get the wrong idea, I’m not flirting.” “I didn’t; you did, you brought it up, I simply thought you were complimenting my abilities.” K.C. smirked. Blake flushed. “STOP CHANGING THE SUBJECT!” K.C. laughed, she was proud of her ability to smooth talk even the most famous. “I know you’re a rebel at heart K.C.,” Blake starts, “give me something here.” “There’s…” K.C. started, “There’s a tune I programmed into the robots that works as a kill switch, a whistle, but…” “But what?” Blake asked, gripping the edge of his seat in anticipation. “But I don’t know how I would disable them all at once, no one is going to go around the city whistling all day, and we’d probably get stopped.” She and Blake thought deeply on how to proceed. “AHA!”Blake exclaimed suddenly, “We know that the prince and his posse will flock to any place where music is, so we bring the music back tenfold. A concert or a performance of some kind!” “A concert?” K.C. replied, “that could work, we’ll get as many people as we can to attend, it would be irresistible to the prince. They’ll have no choice but to realise the power of music.” “You think?” “Of course, music gives a soul to the universe and hope to everyone.”
