In her latest multi-award-winning novel of historical fiction, The Dictionary of Lost Words , Pip Williams blends historical research with evocative storytelling, creating a relevant message about the place of women in our worlds. Set in England in the time of the women’s suffragette movement and when war loomed, this is a “quietly revolutionary novel revealing a lost narrative, hidden between the lines of a history written by men”.
