Storyfest Festival Guide 2021

We are COVID SAFE

WHEN ATTENDING OUR EVENTS All events throughout Storyfest Writers’ Festival are ticketed and any indoor venue with a capacity greater than 50 has allocated seating. All patrons are required to sign in upon arrival at Festival site. Storyfest is delivered under a COVID Safe plan. Our COVID Safe plan will be updated to align with the changing situation and will be made available on our website or upon request. SCHOOL GROUPS Each supervising teacher will be required to check in upon arrival – they will indicate how many individuals in their group. It is then a requirement of the visiting school to maintain the COVID contact tracing details for each individual within their group, and make such details available to the Public Health authorities, upon request. Such COVID contact tracing details must be retained for 56 days. ENTRY/ EXIT TO VENUES During Storyfest, upon arrival at individual venues, please ensure you maintain social distancing and all patrons are encouraged to wear masks for entry/exit purposes.

WASH YOUR HANDS REGULARLY Practice good hand hygiene. Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitiser where provided.

STAY HOME IF YOU ARE UNWELL Not feeling well? Stay home if you are unwell or have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath. We are happy to provide a refund in these circumstances.

Keep 1.5m between yourself and others. You may attend events in your social or household group. Keep distance between yourself and other attendees.
