Healthy Banana Oat Slice Ingredients: 3 Large Bananas 2 Cups of Oats ¼ Cup of Chopped Dates ¼ Cup of Chopped Dried Apricots

1tbs Pepita Seeds 1 tsp of Cinnamon 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Method: Mash banana until smooth. Add oats, dates, apricots, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Spoon into a prepared pan. Using the back of the spoon, press evenly into the pan. Bake for 30mins in moderate oven.

After making our wonderful creations, we all sat down and enjoyed it together.
