Today as part of our cooking program, we have made Apple Slinkys! We all sat down and enjoyed them together.

Green Apples Green Grapes Blueberries Toothpicks
After making our wonderful creations, we all sat down and enjoyed them together.
Green Smoothie Ingredients: 1 Cup of Baby Spinach 1 Cup of Diced Watermelon 1/2 an Orange (Juiced) 1 Cup of Frozen Banana Method: Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Teddy Sandwiches
Ingredients: Bread Honey Knife Plate Teddy Bear Cutter Method:
Cut out teddy bear shapes. Spread bread with honey.

Healthy Banana Oat Slice Ingredients: 3 Large Bananas 2 Cups of Oats ¼ Cup of Chopped Dates ¼ Cup of Chopped Dried Apricots
1tbs Pepita Seeds 1 tsp of Cinnamon 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Method: Mash banana until smooth. Add oats, dates, apricots, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Spoon into a prepared pan. Using the back of the spoon, press evenly into the pan. Bake for 30mins in moderate oven.

Poffertjies (Dutch Pancakes) Ingredients: 2 Cups of Self-raising Flour 2 Tablespoons of Caster Sugar 1 Cup of Milk ½ Cup of Water 3 Eggs Icing Sugar to serve
Method: Combine the flour and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Pour the milk and water into the dry mix and add the eggs. Whisk until smooth. Heat the pancake maker and lightly grease. Add mixture until all the holes are full. Cook for a few minutes and turn them over. The Dutch pancakes are cooked when golden brown. Remove from the pancake maker onto a plate. Dust with icing sugar.
