Join international touring poet Joel McKerrow as he opens your eyes to the world of what poetry can be. From performing his own award winning pieces for you to then showing you how he constructed them and how you can do the same. This session will NO DOUBT change the way you feel about poetry.

Podcasting—it’s like Netflix for your ears! Podcasting is an exciting new way for storytellers to reach new audiences, and the process of making one can be surprisingly simple. In this hands-on workshop Carol ine Graham covers the basics of recording, editing and publishing audio stories.

In this interactive, hands-on workshop, award winning author Bel inda Murrel l will inspire students to use their imaginations to take their writing to the next level. Topics explored include Inspiration, Character Development, Setting, Plotting, Story Structure and Dialogue. Enjoy lively writing activities, brainstorming games and experiment with creative ideas from Belinda’s writing toolbox. Students should bring pen and paper for writing exercises.
