Hummus Dip

You will need 1 can of chickpeas 2 to 4 tbsp of water 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of lemon juice

1 garlic clove ¾ tsp cumin ¼ tsp salt

Add the chickpeas, water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt to a food processor, blend well. Chop up some carrots and celery. Have a dip!

Fruit Ghost Kebabs

Today in Cooking we will be making a healthy Halloween treat. Chopping and threading fruit and marshmallows onto a kebab stick. We will then enjoy eating them together!
